ALDO's current initiatives foster skills and leadership development in the Nakyere community, particularly among children and youth.
ALDO recognizes the power of youth leadership in driving positive change. At Amazing Love School, our elected school council and prefects play a crucial role in bridging communication between students, teachers, parents, and school committees.
At Amazing Love School, children lead various clubs and initiatives, such as Heart to Heart. They also play an active role in reporting on student well-being, school regulations, and educational requirements. Demonstrating their initiative, our students spearheaded the district's inaugural student-led science exhibition, highlighting their passion for learning.
Recognizing financial barriers to high school fees, we've introduced skill-based clubs to equip children with practical abilities. From baking to pottery, basket weaving to music, dance, and drama, these clubs offer diverse avenues for growth. Every Friday afternoon is dedicated to nurturing these talents through engaging activities.
Future Projects: Forward Together - Igniting Change in Nakyere
ALDO is developing partnerships to enhance access to resources for rural children, promote girls’ education, and empower the youth. This initiative aligns with our goal of expanding our reach through new funding streams and tools, ensuring mutual benefits for all involved.

Vocational Training for Youth:
ALDO's initiative aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by offering skills and leadership training workshops.
