At ALDO, we believe safe, well-equipped facilities are essential for quality education and student well-being. We are working to improve school infrastructure to accommodate more learners, support teachers, expand practical learning, and strengthen the school's long-term sustainability.

We prioritize infrastructure that addresses the practical needs of students and teachers while expanding access to education. Working with donors, development partners, and the community, we seek resources to improve learning spaces, accommodation, energy access, and facilities that support nutrition and skills development.

Our Focus

• Student Boarding Facilities: Expanding the boys' dormitory to accommodate more students who live far from school.
• Teacher Accommodation: Developing five additional family accommodation units to support teacher welfare, recruitment, and retention.
• Early Childhood Education: Planning a dedicated kindergarten to respond to growing demand. The current elementary school hall has a capacity of 70 students, however, in 2026, more than 140 students are being served from that space.
• Food Storage and School Farming: Improving food storage, processing, and agricultural facilities to reduce waste, support school feeding, and strengthen food security.
• Skills Development Workshop: Creating dedicated space for vocational training and practical learning.
• Solar Power and Digital Learning: Expanding solar energy and battery storage to support lighting, evening study, and educational technology.
• Health, Sports, and Recreation: Improving facilities for basic student care, physical education, and recreation.

Our Impact
