- With every $90 donated, we can buy five books for either a teacher or a student.
- A donation of $600 allows us to purchase ebooks and writing materials for a year that benefit the upper primary school.
- A donation of $700 can help us obtain assessment tools such as reading assessments, writing prompts, and literacy diagnostic tests to identify learners' strengths and areas for improvement and to guide instructional planning and intervention strategies.
- With a $1,500 donation, we can access virtual field trips to museums, libraries, historical sites, and other cultural institutions that offer learners the opportunity to explore literacy-related topics and artifacts from around the world without leaving the classroom.
Teacher Retention Program
ALDO would like to improve the welfare of our teachers by ensuring fair compensation and providing adequate accommodation. Your generosity plays a crucial role in empowering our educators and ensuring our school’s continued success.
- For every $250 donated, we can cover one teacher's monthly salary, ensuring they are fairly compensated for their dedication and hard work.
- A contribution of $350 allows us to cover the monthly salary of a headteacher, recognizing their leadership and commitment to our school community.
- Your support of $35,000 enables us to construct accommodation for our teachers, providing them with a comfortable living space.
Digital and Robotics Program
Robotics resources designed to be engaging, educational, and developmentally appropriate for elementary school children will provide them with hands-on opportunities to explore STEM concepts and develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and creativity while preparing students for success in a technology-driven world.
- With every $1,000 donated, we can stock the library with digital and multimedia resources such as e-books, audiobooks, e-readers, and audio recordings to cater to different learning styles.

Infrastructure Development Fund

Feeding and Nutrition Fund
Many children come to school for the one cup of cornmeal porridge they get for their lunch. Although this cup of porridge fills the stomach, it lacks the nutrients needed by the children. With more funding, we would like a substantial hot meal to reduce hunger and malnutrition.
To establish a sustainable feeding program, ALDO started school gardens and provided teachers with small land to grow food to supplement their salaries.
