1. Vision
Our vision is to expand access to quality education, training, and leadership skills to the children of Nakyere and surrounding villages, in Namutumba District that will help them achieve their full potential.
Our training is holistic, designed with the development of students' intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual well being in mind. ALDO would like to raise citizens who are balanced in their outlook on life and the world around them. Students will develop positive social behaviors, develop healthy relationships, and attain academic excellence. Students will learn about decision making, how to get along with teachers, peers, and parents, and how to relate to each other and the community.
2. Mission
Our mission is to provide access to education and hands-on skills training to children who would otherwise go without due to harsh living conditions.
We are working to improve and expand our educational (core) programs and services, and to upgrade and expand the school infrastructure to increase the number of students. We inspire students to excel in their academics, character, and spiritual development.
We are fulfilling this mandate using “P.E.S.C.C.T.”
